Welcome to the subsidies calendar. In this calendar, you will find the main subsidies for Flanders, Brussels, Antwerp & Ghent. Each month there are deadlines for different subsidies. The QR codes will bring you to the information page and will enable you to understand the specificity of the subsidy and the requirements for each application
How to use the calendar?
If you are a young artist and/or new to the Flemish art field:
- Take time to study every Flemish subsidies and the ones specific to the city you live in.
- Figure out which subsidy is best for your project.
- Plan your writing process (depending on whether you have co-producers, this can take 1-3 months).
- Get on mailing lists of institutions, theatres, art spaces, community centres…
- Check out residencies supported by Flanders: vlaanderen.be > residentiebeurzen, kunsten.be/en/residences-and-workplaces
