Taking good care of the ones you love. Give with your heart. Make it warm and hearthy.

  • 1 green cabbage, leaves
  • mushrooms, any kind, any combination
  • chopped walnuts or any kind of other nuts like almonds, hazelnuts…
  • mint
  • pepper/salt
  • oil
  • optional: ricotta

Blanch the green cabbage leaves. Fry the mushrooms and garlic in oil. Add pepper and salt. Mince the cooked chestnuts. Make little packages with a cabbage leaf filled with a spoonful of the mushroom chestnut mint ricotta mixture. Use a toothpick to hold together. Fry in a little oil in a hot pan.
